Terrance J. Kwiatkowski, MD is a fellowship trained Neurologist/Skull Base Surgeon, a highly trained Rhinologist, and a board certified Otorhinolaryngologist – Head & Neck Surgeon. As a direct result of his well rounded training, Dr Kwiatkowski is versed in all aspects of ENT and is comfortable with all ages and complexities of patients. His areas of special expertise and interest include all forms of advanced hearing restoration surgery, neurology and sudden hearing loss, advanced sinus and skull base surgery and extensive utilization of balloon sinuplasty.
Dr Kwiatkowski graduated medical school Magna Cum Laude in 1994 from the State University of New York – Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. In addition to being elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, he was presented with the Otolaryngology Medical Student Award, and was medically and surgically groomed in the “knife and gun club” of King’s County and University Hospitals – all while thoroughly enjoying the art and culture of New York City.
Dr Kwiatkowski trained in residence from 1994-99 at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP) and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). While there, he fostered his love for ear surgery, and was mentored in advanced and complex sinus surgery by David Kennedy, MD, considered the ‘father of endoscopic sinus surgery’. From 1999-2001, Dr Kwiatkowski received fellowship training in advance ear and skull base surgery at The University of California – San Diego. Here, he met and married his lovely wife in 2000, and upon completion of training they moved to Henderson, Nevada where they live to this day. In addition to the Henderson, Nevada Based practice, Dr Kwiatkowski was maintained a solo practice in Bullhead City, Arizona since 2004.
Beyond medicine, Dr Kwiatkowski most enjoys spending quality time with his wife and family, golfing with his dad, skiing with his friends, participating in sport of nearly any kind and exploring the world through travel.
